Refund & Replacement Policy

Aurvy is a print-on-demand brand. Each item is custom-printed for a single customer after the order is placed, so we cannot resell returned pieces. The rules below explain when we replace, refund, or correct an order.

What we cover

  • Print defects. Misprints, faded ink, off-center or cropped artwork, visible quality issues out of spec.
  • Wrong product. A different garment, color, or size from what your order confirmation shows.
  • Damaged on arrival. Items that arrive torn, stained, or with packaging damage that affected the product.
  • Fulfillment errors. Lost shipments, missing items in a multi-item order, or shipping addresses we recorded incorrectly on our end.

What we do not cover

  • Change of mind. Once an item has been printed, we cannot accept returns for size, color, or design preference reasons.
  • Sizing mistakes by the customer. Please use the size guide before ordering. We will help where we can, but a fit issue is not a manufacturing defect.
  • Buyer-supplied artwork issues. We print what you approve in the mockup preview. Low-resolution or stylistic concerns visible in the preview are not grounds for a refund.
  • Address entered incorrectly. Shipments to addresses you typed incorrectly fall outside the policy. We will help you re-order at cost.

How to report a problem

  1. Contact support within 14 days of receiving the order.
  2. Include your order number (sent in your confirmation email).
  3. Attach clear photos of the issue (the full garment, the defect close-up, and the packing slip if available).
  4. Tell us the resolution you prefer: replacement, refund, or store credit. We will confirm what is possible after review.

Review and timing

Most cases are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved replacements are produced and shipped on the standard fulfillment timeline. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Refunds and corrections are subject to review. We may ask follow-up questions or, in some cases, ask you to return the item. If a return is requested, we will provide instructions and cover return shipping.
